If you have paid in a way other than through our app or online banking, the invoice will be registered as paid automatically as soon as we have received your payment.
The payment will appear under transactions in your account and under "Invoices" as soon as we have received it. You will also receive a confirmation email informing you that we have received your payment.
Please note that it can take up to three business days from the time you make the payment before it becomes visible to us. If it has taken longer, please check that you have entered the correct payment details.
If you choose to pay your invoice in the app or onlinebank, remember that you need to approve the payment each month - it will not be paid automatically.
