Why does it say that my invoice has expired even though I have paid?

If you have paid your invoice in a way other than through the payment function in the online bank or app (for example via your internet bank), the payment will appear in your account within 1-3 banking days. 

If your payment concerns a loan or credit, you will see your payment under "Handled" within "Invoices" on the online bank and app as soon as we have received it. It may take up to 1-3 banking days from when the money leaves your account before it is registered with us.
