How do I update my contact information?

How to update your contact information in online banking

1. Log in to online banking.
2. Select My Resurs.
3. Select your name at the top of the page.
4. Under Profile, you can see the phone number and email address registered for contacting you.
5. Select email address or phone number, depending on which information you want to change.
6. Make your change and select Send code.
7. Follow the instructions to verify your new contact information.

Change mailing address

You cannot change your mailing address yourself in the app or online banking. Your mailing address is updated automatically based on the information in the population register.

If you have recently changed your registered address, it may take a few days before the new address appears in our records.
