You can easily view and update your contact information (phone number and email address) via online banking or in our app.
How to change contact information in online bank:
Log in to online bank.
Go to My Resurs.
Under the heading Settings, click on Profile.
Under Profile you can see which phone number and email address we use to contact you.
Click Edit to make changes.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
How to change contact information in the app:
Log in to the Resurs app.
You will go directly to the home page.
Tap My Resurs to access your settings.
Go to Profile.
In Profile you can see which phone number and email address we use to contact you.
Tap Edit to make changes.
Tap Save to confirm your changes.
Note:
You cannot change your postal address yourself. It is updated automatically from the national registry. Have you recently changed address? It may take a few days before the information is updated with us.
