What do I do if a payment has been withdrawn even though I have paid off my loan?

If a payment has been withdrawn after you no longer have any outstanding debt. 

Please contact our customer service and we will refund the amount to your private account. 

Note! Remember to cancel your direct debit once you have paid off the entire debt.
