If a payment has been withdrawn after your loan has been paid off and you no longer have any outstanding debt, you can contact our customer service through a secure message. We will help you refund the amount that was overpaid.

 

Remember to cancel the direct debit with your bank when the loan has been paid off, so that no further payments are withdrawn.
