When you are approved for a credit, you receive a credit limit β for example, 10,000 DKK. This is the maximum you can use, not an amount you automatically owe.
You only pay for the part of the credit you actually use. For example:
If your limit is 10,000 DKK and you only spend 5,000 DKK, your monthly installment is calculated based on 5,000 DKK.
If you only use 2,000 DKK, your repayment is based on that amount.
If you donβt use the credit at all, there is nothing to repay.
In short: you never pay for the full limit β only for what you use .
