If you have paid the latest monthly instalment after the due date, it has not been considered in your latest invoice. In this situation, you can deduct the amount you have paid from the final balance mentioned on the invoice, as well as from the amount to be paid.
Check that you've made the payment using the correct payment information. Check the recipient’s account number, reference number, amount and payment date. Payments are normally recorded within about 1–3 weekdays of payment.
