- Select My Resurs.
- Go to Customer service.
- Select Chat to start a conversation.
How do I access the live chat through online banking?
- Log in to online banking.
- Select the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the page.
- Start a conversation.
Note: The live chat is only available during customer service hours
