- Invoices are usually issued on the 15th of the month following your purchase. On that date, your invoice will be available in both the Resurs app and your online bank.
- If your purchase is part of a campaign with a postponed due date, your invoice will be sent at a later time in accordance with the campaign terms.
- For online invoice purchases, an invoice is sent to the email address provided at checkout together with your order or delivery confirmation.
- If your invoice still has not arrived, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to assist you.
