Is my reference number always the same?

The reference number is the same throughout the payment period. 

If changes are made to the payment schedule, the reference number may change. 

The reference number will also change if you apply for an increase in your loan or if you have account financing that is invoiced monthly. 

Please also note that if we offer payment insurance for your credit, you will receive a different reference number for activating the insurance with the offer. In this case, select the second reference number.
