It can take up to 14 days before you receive your card when placing a new order.
If you have a Mastercard, you will receive a new card before the expiration date. The delivery of the renewal card may take up to 14 days before your card expires. You need to activate the new card, and your old card will then be blocked.
Even before your card has arrived, you can activate it after 48 hours and link it to Apple Pay or Google Pay through our app.
If you have a store-linked card where the expiration date is approaching, you can contact our customer service to get help ordering a new card.
If you have not received a new card or for any other reason need a new card before the expiration date, you need to contact our customer service.
You can contact customer service by sending a message or starting a chat with us.
When you are logged in, you can find the function for sending messages under “My Resurs” and then “Send a message”. We usually respond within 1–3 banking days.
You can find the chat function in the lower right corner of the online bank and under “My Resurs” in the app.
