When will I receive my physical card?

When a physical card is included, the card is sent to your registered address.

The card is normally sent within a few business days after your application has been approved. It can take up to 14 days for you to receive the card.

If a physical card is not included

Not all accounts or credit products include a physical card. If a physical card is not included, you do not need to wait for a card delivery.

The payment features associated with the account will instead become available according to the terms and conditions of the account.

If the card has not arrived

Contact customer service if more than 14 days have passed since the card was ordered and you still have not received it.
