You have the option to temporarily block or deactivate your card via online banking or our app. Follow the steps below to do this.
Block your card in online banking:
Log in with e-identification.
Go to the account linked to your card.
Select the card you want to block.
Click "Block card" and then "Confirm".
Block your card in the app.
Log in with e-identification.
Go to the account linked to your card.
Select the card you want to block.
Tap "Card settings".
Tap "Block card" and then "Block card" again.
You can reopen the card at any time via the same menu, note this only applies if you have blocked the card yourself via the app or online banking. If your card has been blocked for another reason, you will be connected to a representative in our customer service who will assist you further with the matter.
In case of lost, damaged, or stolen card, you should contact customer service who will help you block the card permanently and order a new card.
