How do I change the settings on my Mastercard?

You can change your card settings in the online bank or in our app. This only applies if you have a Mastercard.

How to change card settings in the online bank:

1. Log in to the online bank with e-identification.

2. Go to the account linked to your card. This can be found under Accounts. 

3. Select the card you want to view or change settings for.

4. Here you can:

   1. Set geographical restrictions

   2. Choose which payment methods you want to be able to use with the card

In the online bank you can also:

• Set amount limits. By default, you have a maximum amount – therefore, you can only lower the amount, not increase it. 

• For each type of restriction, you can also choose whether it applies per day, week, or month.

How to change card settings in the app:

1. Log in to the app with e-identification.

2. Go to the account linked to your card. This can be found under Accounts. 

3. Select the card you want to view or change settings for.

4. Tap "Card settings".

5. Here you can:

   • Set geographical restrictions

   • Choose which payment methods you want to be able to use with the card

Here you can turn the functions you want on and off. In the app, you can set geographical restrictions and which payment methods you want to be able to use with the card.

As an additional cardholder, you can activate the card, as well as view and change your PIN code. You can also see what other settings have been made on the card, but only the primary cardholder can change settings such as enabling or disabling internet purchases, setting amount limits, or geographical restrictions.
