How do I change the settings on my Mastercard?

You can change your card settings in online banking or in our app. This only applies if you have a Mastercard.

How to change your card settings in online banking:

1. Log in to online banking using an electronic ID.

2. Go to the account linked to your card. You can find this under Accounts.

3. Select the card whose settings you want to view or change.

4. Here you can:

   1. Set geographical restrictions

   2. Choose which payment methods you want to be able to use with the card

In online banking, you can also:

• Set spending limits. By default, you have a maximum amount, so you can only lower the amount, not raise it. 

• For each type of limit, you can also choose whether it should apply per day, week, or month.

How to change your card settings in the app:

1. Log in to the app using an electronic ID.

2. Go to the account linked to your card. You can find this under Wallet.

3. Select the card whose settings you want to view or change.

4. Tap the card displaying your name.

5. Here you can:

   • Set geographical restrictions

   • Choose which payment methods you want to be able to use with the card

   • View card information such as the card number and PIN. 

Here you can turn the features you want on and off. In the app, you can set geographical restrictions and choose which payment methods you want to be able to use with the card.

As an additional cardholder, you can activate the card and view and change your PIN. You can also see which other settings have been made on the card, but only the primary cardholder can change settings, such as turning online purchases on and off or setting a spending limit or geographical restriction.
