Check the following:
Have you added the card to the app and activated it?
Make sure the card is correctly entered and activated to be used.Have you been without coverage for an extended period?
For security reasons, there are limits to how many purchases you can make without being connected to a mobile network or Wi-Fi.Does the card terminal accept contactless payments?
If the terminal does not support contactless payments, you need to use your physical card or choose another place to make the purchase.
