Resurs automatically receives information about your address change and updates this information automatically. Therefore, you do not need to notify us about your move.
If you notice that your address has not been updated, please contact our customer service and we will assist you. You can reach us by sending a message or starting a chat with us.
When you are logged in, you can find the function for sending messages under “My Resurs” and then “Send a message”. We usually respond within 1–3 banking days.
You can find the chat function in the lower right corner of the online bank and under “My Resurs” in the app.
