Where can I find my account or card number?

For new cards, you can see the card number, CVC code, and expiration date in the app 48 hours after the account was opened.

During the first 48 hours, the card details are not displayed in the app.

You can find your account in the app or online bank:

  • Open the app or online bank
  • Log in with electronic identification
  • In the online bank, you can find your account under the Accounts  tab
  • In the app, you can find your account under the Wallet tab
  • Click the account

For the card number:

  • Open the app or online bank
  • Log in with electronic identification
  • In the online bank, you can find your account under the Accounts  tab
  • In the app, you can find your account under the Wallet tab
  • Click the credit account
  • Click Cards (where you see your name)
  • Click View card details to display the full card number or CVC code
