To receive a account statement / balance statement, please contact us and our customer service will send it to you.
You can contact customer service by sending a message or starting a chat with us.
When you are logged in, you can find the function for sending messages under “My Resurs” and then “Send a message”. We usually respond within 1–3 banking days.
You can find the chat function in the lower right corner of the online bank and under “My Resurs” in the app.
