If you log in to the app/online banking, you can check the transaction history for the selected account.
If you see that the return is registered as a transaction, we have received it. If it is not visible, it may be because it takes 2–5 banking days from when the store created the transaction until it appears in our system.
If you have received an invoice for an item that has been returned, please contact us. We may have received the return after the invoice was sent out.
