If you no longer wish to receive advertisements or offers from us, you can have your account blocked from advertising. To do this, you need to contact our customer service who can help you stop the sending of marketing materials.
Once the block is activated, you will no longer receive offers or advertisements from us.
However, please note that during active engagement, an advertising block does not cover the following:
- Changes in terms and conditions
- Customer knowledge issues
- Invoices
- Annual statements
