If you have blocked your Mastercard yourself, it can be activated in the app or online banking.
If you have blocked the card by entering the wrong PIN 3 times, you can contact us and we will help you activate the card again. You can contact customer service by sending a message or starting a chat with us.
When you are logged in, you will find the function to send messages under "My Resurs" and then "Send message". We usually respond within 1–3 banking days.
You will find the chat function at the bottom right corner in online banking as well as under "My Resurs" in the app.
