I want to return the item I purchased. How do I proceed?

For questions regarding the return of items and product information, please contact the store where you made your purchase.

Feel free to contact us if you are going to make or have made a return so that we can monitor your invoice. This way, you will avoid receiving a reminder fee if the invoice is due before we have received the return from the store.

If you are only returning part of the purchase, you will not receive an updated invoice from us, but the return will be visible on the next invoice.
