My account has now been transferred to a collection agency. Can't I just make an agreement with Resurs?

Once the case has been handed over to external collections, it will no longer be possible to make a payment agreement with us.

The claim is still ours, but it is managed by the collection agency until the debt is fully paid.

You are therefore asked to contact the external collection agency to make an agreement.
