If you want to return a product purchased with an instalment account or invoice or the purchase is cancelled, you must contact the store.
The store will notify us of the return or cancellation of the purchase, in which case the refunded amount will be deducted from your invoice.
If you make a refund for the entire purchase amount, the invoice will be canceled.
If you have not received confirmation of the cancellation of your purchase, please contact the store.
You can check your current credit balance by logging in to online bank.
