Here you can apply for a credit increase in-store or online. In order for us to process your application, you need to meet certain requirements and be able to identify yourself properly.

How to Apply

You can apply for a credit increase in two ways:

• At the store where the credit account was granted
• Online on the store’s website

In-Store Application

If you apply in-store, you need to bring a valid ID document.

Online Application

Requirements to be Granted a Credit Increase

We can grant a credit increase if the following conditions are met:

• The account is well managed
• The original agreement is signed
• The signed agreement has been received by the bank

If the original agreement has not yet been signed, or if the bank has not received the signed agreement, we cannot grant the credit increase.
